We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote personal loan products for a leading financial institution in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and are looking to grow their career in the banking and finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products to customers in the UAE market.

Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals.

Meet individual and team sales targets set by management.

Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

Maintain excellent customer relationships to build loyalty and trust.

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful applications.

Ensure all applications meet compliance and documentation standards

.Requirements:

1+ year of experience in sales (preferably in loans, credit cards, or banking) OR Freshers with a strong passion for sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to achieve sales targets.

Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for interviews.

Knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage.
