Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling new inquiries, converting leads into paying subscribers, and managing renewals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This role involves outbound and inbound calling, telesales, client consultations, follow-ups, and plan coordination with internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales, Lead Conversion & Renewals

Engage with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms to introduce monthly healthy meal plans. Understand customer dietary needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable plans. Secure renewals by maintaining high customer satisfaction and proactive follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets for new sign-ups and renewals.

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong, lasting relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and brand loyalty. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding plans, menus, delivery schedules, and customization options. Maintain a professional and supportive tone throughout all customer interactions.

Tracking, Reporting & Coordination

Update CRM systems, trackers, and customer records accurately after each interaction. Maintain organized lead pipelines with documented follow-ups and customer notes. Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.

Collaboration & Service Improvement

Work closely with the Customer Support team for escalations, renewals, or special requests. Share customer insights to support improvements in menu offerings, pricing, and service experience.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the meal prep, F&B subscription, or healthy meal service industry (mandatory).

Strong telesales and customer service background. Proficient in spoken English.

Tagalog fluency highly preferred.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, CRM data entry, and maintaining accurate digital records. Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines and targets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
