Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads and inquiries for event catering services.
Actively promote catering packages to corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and individuals.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and food tasting arrangements.
Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Client Relationship Management
Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable menu options, setups, and services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Event Coordination Support
Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to ensure event requirements are well-communicated.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth event execution.
Attend major events to support client management when required.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and client communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track event revenue, conversions, and sales targets.
Ensure contracts and agreements are completed properly.
