We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Outdoor Sales Executive

with proven experience in

pest control and cleaning services

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control and cleaning services through outdoor/field sales activities Visit potential clients, conduct site inspections, and present suitable service solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:

4-6 years of proven

field sales experience

, specifically in

pest control and cleaning services

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory) Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid

UAE Driving License

(mandatory) Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and corporate clients Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
