We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in
luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room, event, and F&B revenue while building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for luxury hotel services
Manage and grow corporate, leisure, and MICE accounts
Promote events, and F&B offerings to premium clients
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with reservations, revenue, and operations teams
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in
luxury hotels or high-end hospitality
Strong network within corporate, travel, or hospitality sectors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional appearance and customer-centric approach
Target-driven with strong commercial awareness
Ability to work flexible hours as required
Degree in Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing is an advantage
