Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients for personal loans through field visits, calls, and referrals. Promote and sell personal loan products to salaried individuals and professionals. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Ensure all documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maximize sales opportunities. Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and field-ready.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred). 1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong

loan sales skills

including: Prospecting, pitching, and closing personal loan deals. Cross-selling and upselling financial products. Customer need assessment and solution selling. Strong follow-up and client retention skills. Knowledge of loan eligibility, credit checks, and approval processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
