Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Ensure all documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are met.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong
loan and credit card sales skills
including:
Prospecting, pitching, and closing personal loan deals.
Cross-selling and upselling financial products.
Customer need assessment and solution selling.
Strong follow-up and client retention skills.
Knowledge of loan eligibility, credit checks, and approval processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
