Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

Personal Loans, Credit Cards

, and

Payroll Account packages

to potential customers & Companies Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Ensure all applications and documentation meet compliance and bank policies Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and approvals Participate in field activities, lead generation campaigns, and promotional events

Job Requirements:

Mandatory:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

Personal Loan Sales within the GCC

Currently based in Dubai

Strong understanding of banking products and customer needs Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, energetic, and target-driven Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection with resilience
