Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and renovation sectors.
Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Meet clients to understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposals/quotations in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals effectively.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Follow up with operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction services in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the UAE interior and renovation market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client network and ability to build long-term relationships.
Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in preparing quotations, presentations, and basic technical understanding of interior works.
