Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Client Acquisition & Sales

Identify and approach potential clients in commercial, retail, and residential segments. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Project Coordination

Liaise with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Follow up on project progress to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
3.

Relationship Management

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to promote company services.
4.

Market Research & Reporting

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
5.

Contract & Documentation Support

Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and project-related documentation. Ensure all client communications and approvals are properly documented.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales of interior design, fit-out, or construction projects. Strong understanding of interior design and fit-out processes is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Valid UAE driving license (if site visits are required).

Reporting & Performance Metrics:

Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Number of new clients acquired and projects secured. Client satisfaction and repeat business ratio. Timely coordination with internal teams for project execution.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
