Experience:
Minimum 2 years in tele sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our interior fit-out services
Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Follow up on inquiries and marketing campaign leads
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telesales/inside sales experience (interior fit-out or related field preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus)
Must be on own visa (freelance/spouse/family visa)
