who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the competitive interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate is result-driven, confident, and has a strong understanding of Dubai's fit-out market.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and cold outreach
Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand project requirements
Present the company's services and successfully pitch for projects
Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams for proposal submissions
Follow up on quotations and negotiate contract terms
Close projects and ensure proper documentation and payment terms
Track leads and updates in CRM or company platform
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in interior fit-out or construction
Strong local market knowledge and existing contacts in UAE preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
UAE driving license is preferred
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Salary & Benefits:
AED 4,000 - 6,000 per month (based on experience)
+ 2% commission
on for monthly targets above AED 300,000 project value closed.
