Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

Sales Executive (Corporate Sales)

to manage and grow our corporate client portfolio across our hotel properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with corporate accounts, increasing sales revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including room sales, events, and overall hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat and long-term business. Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Promote and sell hotel rooms, events, banquets, and other services to corporate accounts. Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate corporate rates, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies. Coordinate with operations, events, and front office teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to maximize sales growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates for management review. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales (corporate, rooms, events, or overall). Proven track record of achieving corporate sales targets in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage. Knowledge of the Dubai hotel market and corporate client segments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
