To identify, develop and grow a portfolio of individual clients, corporates, government and travel agent customers through professional account management & development. Identifying customer needs and developing win/win scenarios through effective negotiation skills to avoid revenue dilution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Development of New individual client database, corporates, government and travel agent customers by visit, known through references, cold calls and other favourable
means.

Accountable for meeting the sales objectives and service audits.
?
Development of strategic & operational business plans in conjunction with operational team.
?
Handling escalations and resolving them within agreed time lines (Service Level Agreements)
?
Set up review meetings with customer.
?
Schedule team meetings to set short and long term goals for service excellence.
?
Managing Client Relationships
?
Industry market research to make sure that our Holidays products are competitive
?
Recommend Holidays marketing collaterals, viz. flyers, brochures, digital marketing content as per marketing guidelines.
?
Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures & destinations.
?
To participate in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional event conducted by tourism board.
?
Promote GSA carriers and preferred airlines
Skills/Qualifications
?
Bachelor Degree
?
Other relevant supporting certificates related to leisure travel & auxiliary courses
?
Computer literate in MS Office & Windows
?
Planning, organizing, strategic thinking and analytical skills
?
Ability to communicate; negotiate and persuade
?
Minimum of 5 to 8 years' of relevant field experience
