Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Hard FM services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
Conduct site visits to understand project scopes and coordinate with internal technical teams.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and tendering opportunities in Oman.
Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients post-project award.
Requirements
Minimum
4-5 years of sales experience in the Oman market
, specifically in
Hard Facilities Management
.
Strong understanding of MEP, HVAC, and general building maintenance solutions.
Existing client network and proven experience in B2B sales.
A valid Omani driving license is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience working with FM companies, maintenance contractors, or engineering service providers in Oman.
