We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics. The ideal candidate must have an established client base and shipments in hand, ready to contribute from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential customers.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Maintain records of sales leads and customer interactions in CRM.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics (minimum 5 years).
Must have active shipments in hand and a transferable client portfolio
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and logistics processes.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
