1. DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET OR EXCEED REVENUE TARGETS FOR CARGO SERVICES.
2. IDENTIFY AND PROSPECT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, GENERATE LEADS, AND BUILD A ROBUST SALES PIPELINE.
3. CONDUCT MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY TARGET INDUSTRIES, CUSTOMERS, AND MARKET TRENDS.
4. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS, ADDRESSING THEIR NEEDS, CONCERNS AND INQUIRIES.
5. PRSENT AND PROMOTE THE COMPANY'S CARGO SERVICES CUSTOMERS, SHOWCASING THE VALUE PROPOSITION AND COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES.
6. PREPARE AND DELIVER SALES PRESENTATIONS, PROPOSALS, AND QUOTATIONS, TAILORED TO CUSTOMER REQUIRMENTS AND OBJECTIVES.
7. NEGOTIATE PRICING, TERMS, AND CONTRACTS WITH CUSTOMERS TO SECURE PROFITABLE BUSINESS DEALS.
8. COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS, INCLUDING OPERATIONS, PRICING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS.
9. KEEP ABREAST OF INDUSTRY TRENDS, COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE, AND EMERGING MARKET OPPORTUNITIES.
10. MAINRAIN ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE SALES RECORD, INCLUDING CUSTOMER INFORMATION, SALES ACTIVITIES AND SALES FORECASTS.
