Job Description
SALES EXECUTIVE (HOME APPLIANCE) Only for MALE candidateS . Provide customers with product samples and catalogs. Prepare sales contracts and order forms. Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising. Negotiate details of contracts and payments. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, execute and monitor sales strategies to achieve sales target, profitability and growth in line with company line.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Responsible for sales activities including preparation of presentations, proposal, tender submission and etc.
- Established clear, identifiable and achievable sales target for promoters.
- Supervise, train and motivate promoters in retail outlets in achieving KPIs established.
- Planning and execution of road shows.
- Keep abreast and conduct analysis on consumer and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s trend and information.
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
- Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 to 5 years experience in Consumer Electronics Industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, self-driven and motivated individual.
- Driving License is Mandatory.
