Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for pitching and promoting premium real estate projects across Kerala. The role involves engaging potential buyers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable project options, and driving successful closures. The candidate will be the face of the company while interacting with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Pitching & Client Engagement
Pitch Kerala-based real estate projects clearly and confidently to prospective buyers.
Present project USPs, amenities, pricing, location highlights, and builder credibility.
Conduct site visits, virtual presentations, and project walkthroughs.
Understand client requirements and recommend the best-suited project options.
2. Lead Management
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Maintain timely follow-ups and convert leads into potential sales.
Update all activities in CRM (Sell. Do).
3. Sales Conversion
Build strong trust and rapport to turn enquiries into bookings.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the documentation team for booking forms, allotment letters, and
agreements.
4. Market & Project Knowledge
Stay updated on all Kerala-based projects (location, pricing, RERA details, amenities, USP, builder background).
Understand competitor offerings and market trends.
5. Coordination with Developers & Internal Teams
Maintain smooth coordination with builder teams for inventory, offers, and project updates.
Work closely with Sales managers to achieve monthly targets.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Daily reporting of client interactions, site visits, follow-ups, and closures.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills (English +Malayalam mandatory).
Ability to pitch real estate projects confidently and professionally.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales / project sales / channel partner sales.
Experience in pitching Kerala-based builders or residential projects
Should have knowledge of Kerala geography and local real estate market
