Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for FMCG products across assigned sectors
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
Maintain optimum stock levels to meet customer requirements
Perform regular client visits and ensure strong product visibility through effective merchandising
Monitor product availability, shelf presentation, and promotional compliance at retail locations
Track inventory, monitor product expiry dates, and report damaged goods
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
Manage entrusted stock with full accountability
Expand and retain the existing customer base
Submit daily sales and activity reports
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE
Valid
UAE driving license
with access to a
personal vehicle
(preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and customer base
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets
Experience in
FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale industries is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
