Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and develop business opportunities for FMCG products across assigned sectors
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure timely stock availability and maintain optimum inventory levels to meet customer demand
Perform regular client visits and ensure product visibility through effective in-store merchandising
Monitor product availability, shelf placement, and compliance with promotional campaigns
Track stock expiry dates, report damaged goods, and ensure proper stock handling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
Expand and retain the existing customer base
Accurately manage entrusted stock and ensure accountability
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of proven sales experience
in FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale within the UAE
Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
(preferred)
Strong understanding of the UAE market trends and consumer behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Arabic language proficiency
