Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Executive

with strong

Go-To-Market (GTM)

understanding and hands-on experience in the

FMCG food sector

to support our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities



Execute and support

Go-To-Market strategies

across modern trade, traditional trade, and emerging channels Drive

sales growth

, distribution expansion, and shelf presence Manage pricing, promotions, and trade offers in coordination with management Build and maintain relationships with

distributors, retailers, and key accounts

Track market performance, competitor pricing, and in-store execution Ensure effective product listings, availability, and visibility at store level

Required Experience & Skills



Proven FMCG sales experience

, preferably in

Food & Beverages

Strong understanding of

pricing structures, margins, and trade economics

Experience executing

GTM strategies

in the UAE market Knowledge of modern trade operations (Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, etc.) is a plus Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills * Result-oriented, field-driven, and commercially sharp
