Job Description

Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales growth. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities for growth. \xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and present solutions to meet their needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare sales proposals and contracts, negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and execute sales contracts. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. \xef\x82\xb7 Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services and maximize sales opportunities. \xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer complaints or concerns. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Proven 3-5 years sales experience in furniture manufacturing or related industry. \xef\x82\xb7 UAE Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with acceptable driving record \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication (English and Arabic preferred Bio-lingual) and negotiation skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience) \xef\x82\xb7 Empathic listener and persuasive speaker. \xef\x82\xb7 Speaking in public, to groups, or via electronic media. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong critical thinking skills and ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. \xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in sales techniques and processes, including experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. \xef\x82\xb7 Prior knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, products, and materials is preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Creative, pro-active, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and multiple deadlines. \xef\x82\xb7 Diligence with accuracy, consistency, and ability to prioritize tasks.
