Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets in line with assigned KPIs
• Drive new to bank acquisition while leveraging and expanding existing client relationships
• Conduct field visits, analyze customer needs, and submit complete and accurate case information
• Cross-sell relevant banking products to increase revenue per customer
• Maintain daily sales performance reports for review by team leaders and managers
• Deliver a transparent and high-quality client onboarding experience
• Ensure no mis-selling by aligning products and services with customer requirements
• Resolve or escalate customer issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
• Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, policies, and processes
• Ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance, and internal control requirements
• Participate actively in learning, development, and training programs
• Monitor market and competitor offerings and provide improvement suggestions to management
