Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors.
Generate leads, cold-call prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand requirements.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and tenders for FM services (soft & hard services).
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Act as main point of contact for clients during pre-sales and handover to operations teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or contract expansion.
Market Research & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide insights to management to help refine sales strategies and service offerings.
Participate in industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions to promote company services.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to prepare accurate costing and technical proposals.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations after contract closure.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing field.
1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in facilities management or building maintenance.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid driving license
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
