We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
with experience in the
Facilities Management industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements to offer tailored solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Maintain records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
Requirements:
2-4 years of proven sales experience in the Facilities Management industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
