Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team at our Deira shop. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

export sales

, specifically with exposure to the

European market

. A background in

wholesale trading

, especially within the

cosmetics and perfume industry

, is strongly preferred. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of international trading practices, and the ability to effectively manage both local and global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert customer inquiries into successful sales through tailored solutions and upselling techniques. Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers at our Deira shop, guiding them with expert product knowledge. Drive export sales growth with a particular focus on

European clients and markets

. Prepare and present persuasive product demonstrations to new and existing customers. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and international buyers. Identify and engage with potential international clients to expand global sales channels. Negotiate pricing structures and contracts with buyers in wholesale and export markets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details. Stay informed on industry trends, export compliance regulations, and competitor movements. Address and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business retention.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Prior experience in

. Experience in the

European market

required

. Industry experience in

cosmetics and perfume
