Duties & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and present suitable products or services to meet those needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales goals and expand customer base.
Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales growth and expanding market reach.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of sales and prospects.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or field.
Other Key Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs.
Valid UAE driving license.
