About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented

Female Field Sales Executive

to expand our presence in Qatar's beauty and salon market. This role is ideal for someone who is already well-connected with salons, beauty centers, and cosmetics distributors, and who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, expand, and nurture relationships with salons, beauty centers, and cosmetics retailers. Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from the beauty and salon sectors. Conduct regular client visits to promote products and drive sales growth. Deliver effective product presentations, demos, and promotional pitches. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic field activities. Prepare weekly sales reports and provide insights to management. Ensure timely payment collections and provide basic after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidate currently residing in Qatar preferred. Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory for field visits). Bilingual: Fluent in

Arabic and English

. Strong existing professional network within the beauty, salon, or cosmetics industry. 1-3 years of field sales experience in related industries. Confident communication, excellent relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset. Professional appearance and a pleasant personality.
