Contract Type \xe2\x80\x93 Full Time (3 month) possible extension Salary- AED 10000- 11000/ monthly

Daily operational management
- To contribute towards the development of exhibitors and visitor database relevant to assigned exhibitions.
- To assist the International Sales Manager in the implementation an overall sales and marketing plan for designated exhibitions including intensive tele sales activities.
- Understand company\'s full service offering.
- Follow and implement the companies policies and procedures.
- To manage exhibition files ensuring that internal DICEC processes are fully adhered to and on pre-agreed timelines.
- To liaise with clients, internal company resources and suppliers as directed, professionally, efficiently and on time.
- Utilize EBMS as required.
- Work in line with the exhibition department\'s strategy whilst following policies and guidelines. Make decisions within these boundaries.
- Continually seek opportunities to develop self and if applicable subordinate.
Skills and Experience required:
- Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Weekends may be working as per exhibition requirements.
- Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good phone manner
- Excellent team player
- Resident of UAE - No Tourist Visa applicants would be entertained.
