What you will be doing:

\xc2\xa7 Prepares letters, memos and other correspondences on behalf of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

\xc2\xa7 C and answer any questions about the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, or promotions

\xc2\xa7 Sending out and collecting

\xc2\xa7 Supporting the in researching competitors

\xc2\xa7 Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute

\xc2\xa7 Gather and assemble sales collateral to send to prospects

\xc2\xa7 Understand customers and build company

\xc2\xa7 Sending prospects and cold calls

\xc2\xa7 Sets up a filing system for all relevant and important correspondence or documents.

\xc2\xa7 Maintains a database of contacts, which may be required by the Sales and Marketing team.

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xa7 Russian speaker is a must

\xc2\xa7 Experience in Leisure Sales & Group Events, CIS in a 5-star Hotel in UAE

\xc2\xa7 Strong interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xa7 Has an existing Portfolio
