Sales Executive We are looking for a sales executive to join our sales team. Our ideal candidateshould have prior experience working in the manufacturing sector with regards tosheet metal fabrication. Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets.-Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.- Ensuring constant exposure of the company to the market through regularmeetings.- Ensuring constant client satisfaction and feedback.- Development of new clients.- Liaise with clients and the company to ensure quality of information, materials,specifications, drawings and final products through maintenance of properfeedback records.-Constant competitor vigilance and feedback.- Constant search for avenues through which the company can deliver bettervalue to the client.- Ensuring Quality Adherence on factory floor for finished products along withProduction Manager.- Meeting or exceeding set turnover targets.- Timely collection of payments.- Attend to customer feedbacks and recording them.- Maintain records for verification of Sales processes. Qualifications: - Education - Bachelor's Degree or any other equivalent education.- 2 years' quota carrying sales experience in UAE.- Experience in selling or dealing with the sales of point of purchase (POP)displays and store fit out.- Experience in sheet metal industry or Store / Retail Fit out- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota- Strong written and verbal communication skills- UAE Driving license- Based in UAE and ready to start immediately
