Overview of the role:
  • The primary focus of the role will be to support the sales objectives of the company through achieving given sales and NPS (net promoter score) targets and providing first rate service to current and potential customers.

What you will do:
  • Achieve and maintain the company prescribed standard sales policies and procedures.
  • Achieve allocated monthly sales targets.
  • Manage NPS (net promoter score) objectives to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Handling cash and credit customers.
  • Working in unison with the Business manager to maximize all sales finance and cash, including insurance, GAP accessories, tinting window, service packages and paint protection.
  • Manage connect entry (web, telephone enquiries and wake-in).
  • Manage test-drive offered to all GAC customers with proper documentation.
  • Comply with company guidelines and SOPs (standard operating procedures) and report all incidents to the Showroom Manager.

Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Experience working with customers
2. - Experience working with automotive brands.
3. - Proficient in English.
4. - Negotiation skills
About the Team:
  • Reporting to the Showroom Manager and will work with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders.
