About the Role
We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven bilingual Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present, promote, and sell digital marketing services to existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Sales Executive / Sales Representative
(minimum 2 years).
Previous experience in a
digital marketing agency
(preferred, 1 - 2 years).
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Bilingual - Fluent in English (required).
UAE driving license is a plus.
