Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented

Female Commercial Sales Executive (Inbound)

with

1 to 2 years of Dubai experience

to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound leads into successful deals, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to our continued growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound client inquiries and build strong, trusting relationships. Understand clients' workspace needs and recommend suitable office space solutions. Manage and respond to leads generated through platforms such as Bayut, Dubizzle, social media, and other marketing channels. Drive the full sales process--from initial contact to deal closure. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM systems. Ensure a professional and personalized client experience throughout the sales journey. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant work experience in Dubai

(real estate industry experience is a plus). Proven track record in sales; inbound sales experience preferred. Familiarity with platforms like Bayut and Dubizzle is advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools. Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented. A bachelor's or master's degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Monthly Salary:
