Job Description

Responsibilities

:

Promote and Sell Travel Services

: Develop and sell travel services tailored to corporate clients' needs.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.

Sales Targets

: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling travel services.

Travel Coordination

: Coordinate with travel coordinators and agents to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.

Market Research

: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with the best travel options.

Customer Service

: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Reporting

: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.

Experience

: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

Skills

: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in travel booking systems like Amadeus or Sabre.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
