Sales Executive (Corporate)

to expand our client base and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Present and demonstrate our premium transportation services to corporate clients, including hotels, travel agencies, event management firms, government, and semi-government entities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Conduct daily sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media outreach. Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies based on client requirements and trip volume. Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Market Research & Strategy



Analyze industry trends, market activities, and competitors to recommend service enhancements and new business strategies. Provide insights on customer needs and competitor offerings to drive market expansion.

Performance Tracking & Reporting



Regularly report on sales activities, lead conversions, and revenue generation. Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Quality & Compliance



Maintain high service standards by enforcing company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements



Mandatory UAE Driving License:

The candidate must have a valid UAE driver's license to travel to client locations and conduct on-site meetings.

Arabic Speaker:

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory to engage effectively with local clients and government entities.

Experience:

Proven experience as a

Sales Executive

in corporate sales, preferably within the transportation, hospitality, or luxury services industry.

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to close deals and build long-term partnerships.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and client management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Target-Oriented:

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, consistently working towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
