Royal Smart Limousine LLC is Dubai's leading provider of luxury transportation solutions, serving corporate clients, hospitality partners, government entities, and VIP clientele. With a focus on service excellence, innovation, and reliability, we are expanding our corporate sales team to support our growing business.

We are seeking a

highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (Corporate)

to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic B2B sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Identify, target, and engage corporate clients including hotels, event agencies, travel firms, and government/semi-government organizations. Present tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of our luxury transportation services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Sales Growth & Revenue Generation



Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, and client meetings to promote services. Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and social media engagement. Develop customized proposals, pricing plans, and service agreements. Negotiate and close corporate contracts aligned with company objectives.

Market Intelligence & Strategy



Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. Recommend service enhancements and sales strategies based on market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns for targeted segments.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring



Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client feedback, and revenue performance using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management. Monitor KPIs and work proactively to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Experience & Compliance



Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and internal standards. Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns. Adhere to RSL's operational policies, UAE regulations, and quality assurance standards.

Candidate Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of B2B or corporate sales experience, preferably in the transportation, hospitality, travel, or luxury services sectors.

Language:

Fluency in both

Arabic and English

License:

Must hold a

valid UAE driver's license

and be comfortable with regular travel for client meetings.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen and ability to identify and close high-value deals. Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools. Target-driven mindset with a focus on consistent performance and growth. Professional, confident, and culturally aware in engaging with diverse clientele.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
