Identify and develop new business opportunities for pest control services (residential, commercial, industrial).
Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the operations and service teams to schedule pest control services.
Ensure timely communication between clients and field technicians.
Track job completion and ensure service quality standards are met.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales, contracts, and client interactions.
Support management in developing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of sales experience
, preferably in pest control, facilities management, or related services in the UAE.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of UAE market and local business practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
