Key Responsibilities:Sales Executive Duties:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
Sales Coordinator Duties:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
Prepare sales reports, documentation, and maintain CRM records.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support throughout the order process.
Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, and client communications.
Monitor sales pipelines and update management on progress.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of relevant experience
in Sales/Sales Coordination (UAE preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License (DL)
is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good negotiation and customer service skills.
