, well-organized, and capable of building strong business relationships to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
Act as the point of contact between the company and clients in Iraq.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and follow up on sales orders and shipments.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
Ensure timely delivery, documentation and after-sales support.
Account Management:
Maintain and manage existing customer accounts in Iraq.
Build and strengthen relationships with business partners and distributors.
Monitor client performance, payment schedules and resolve any operational issues.
Ensure consistent communication and support to retain long-term clients.
Lead Generation & Sales Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms, exhibitions, referrals, cold calls and market research.
Promote and sell tires, batteries, wheel rims and tubes to targeted segments in Iraq and other regions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers when needed.
Market Research & Reporting:
Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis and pricing trends in the Iraq region.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, customer feedback and strategic opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or coordination, preferably in the tire & battery industry.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); English proficiency required.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
Ability to travel, if required.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience dealing with clients or distributors in Iraq.
Existing network or client base in the automotive i.e. for Tires & Batteries.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
