is seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our growing team in Lusail. We specialize in full construction services, including structural works and interior fit-out. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new construction projects to support our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new construction project opportunities across Qatar. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify leads, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities. Present company services to clients and conduct regular follow-ups to close deals. Prepare and coordinate proposals and bids submissions with internal technical team. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines with clients. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular reports to management. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any Other Related Field. Valid Qatar Driving License. Valid QID. 3+ year in a sales executive role in the construction sector. Knowledge of construction standards and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation skills Knowledge of the local Qatar market Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver sales targets.
