Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
Strong understanding of commercial cleaning services and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience in the cleaning or facilities services industry.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
