Role Overview:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our cleaning services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of cleaning and sanitation services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful service delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in cleaning services, FM, or a related industry.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market (Dubai preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of Dubai's commercial and residential sectors.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
