We are looking for a results-driven and experienced
Sales Executive
to join our automotive services team. The ideal candidate will have at least
5-6 years of proven sales experience
in the UAE/GCC market. The role offers an attractive
commission-based structure
with potential basic salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with auto garages, workshops, fleet companies, and corporate clients.
Promote and sell a wide range of services including vehicle repair, bodywork, maintenance, spare parts, and value-added solutions.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate service contracts, packages, and pricing to close deals.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales reports.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-6 years of proven sales experience
in the automotive / garages / car services / spare parts sector.
Strong record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid knowledge of the UAE automotive market and garage operations.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license required.
