Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at a cleaning services provider. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting our cleaning services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's cleaning services, including specialized offerings (e.g., deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, disinfection services). Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Manager. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Required:

At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services, facilities management, or related industries.

Preferred:

Experience in B2B sales or working with commercial and industrial clients.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the cleaning industry and its services is a plus.
