. In this role, you will help grow our catering business by generating new leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving steady revenue growth across the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and convert B2B leads into long-term business opportunities.
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors.
Sales Activity:
Visit clients for product demonstrations and impactful business meetings.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain sales pipelines and regularly update the CRM system.
Strategy & Campaigns:
Prepare proposals/pitches, execute marketing campaigns, and work with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
Targets:
Consistently achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Prior professional experience in
Business Development / B2B Sales / Marketing
.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Experience in the restaurant / F&B industry is a PLUS.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
MANDATORY:
Valid UAE Driving License + Car (essential for client visits across Dubai/UAE).
