About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing

Sales Executive

to drive our luxury hospitality and premium cosmetics business across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply connected within the salon, spa, and beauty ecosystem and has proven experience engaging with premium clients, including

5-star and 7-star hotels

.

If you are ambitious, well-groomed, and passionate about luxury sales, this opportunity lets you build long-term partnerships with elite hospitality brands and renowned beauty establishments. A valid UAE Driving License is required, as the position involves regular client meetings across the emirate.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with

salons, spas, and beauty retailers

. Target and onboard

luxury hotels (5? & 7?)

for product collaborations and partnerships. Promote, demonstrate, and present premium cosmetics and beauty products to potential clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning. Maintain a robust sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and lead management. Explore new business opportunities across the hospitality and beauty sectors. Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers and purchase teams. Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and performance reports. Stay informed about market trends, new launches, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of sales experience

in hospitality or cosmetics (mandatory). Strong network within Dubai's

beauty, salon, and spa industry

. Excellent communication in

English, Hindi, and Arabic

. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and perform under pressure. Knowledge of premium/luxury hotel operations is a strong advantage. Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
