Key Responsibilities

  • Represent BYD as a trusted sales advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase process from inquiry to delivery.
  • Manage all sales leads efficiently through digital systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with BYD's premium service standards.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
