Job Summary:
We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven
Sales Executive
to actively hunt for new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Your primary focus will be direct sales--identifying companies in need of financing, pitching our loan products, and converting prospects into clients. This is a field-based role where you will be meeting potential clients face-to-face, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads
by identifying and approaching businesses in need of financing (working capital, business loans, trade finance, etc.).
Cold-call, visit, and network
with potential clients (SMEs, startups, and established businesses) to present financing solutions.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
Negotiate and close deals
, ensuring high conversion rates and meeting sales targets.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers
(business owners, CFOs, finance managers) to secure repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends
and competitor offerings to position our products effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in direct sales, B2B sales, or business development
(preferably in banking, financial services, or lending).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong hunting & closing skills
--ability to identify, approach, and convert prospects.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
(English required; Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with field sales.
Willingness to travel across Dubai/UAE for client meetings.
Knowledge in banking product
is an advantage
